Across from bridge 21 in downtown Port Colborne ON sits the Canalside Pub & Eatery; the home of Church On Tap. Billed as an evening of “Faith, Friends and Froth”, Canalside buzzes with chatter and laughter as people, some from other parishes in town, some from no organized church, and a few “out of towners”, mingle.
“The reason we decided to try this new ministry was we thought there was an audience out there; a group of people that were not being reached through ordinary worship in the church. So we thought, why not try it in a pub?”
